At Mahjabi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. engraved bracelets)
- Hygiene products once opened (e.g. socks, slippers)
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, email us at mar.yym940@gmail.com.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service.
